Sustainability for humans
The animals figured it out a long time ago. Now its time we do!
Growing change
What we ALL have to do about what we have done...
The Outreach Project is the community outreach arm of The Sustainability Project. We conduct evidence based community enrichment programs that subsidize underserved and insecure households with valuable products, tools and information for advancement and stability. Our monthly pop up outreach events are held in the heart of the community at different locations. This helps us to provide new baby and home goods to those in need. HEALTH
AMERICA IS GETTING FATTER AND SICKER!
What does this mean? More illness, more strain on the healthcare system and a generally unhappy population. Two thirds of America is overweight and nearly half of those are considered obese. Plus at least half of America claimed feeling ill at least 30% of the time. That’s a lot of weight and illness for America to carry around.
WELLNESS
Wellness is a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of wellness. This is a multidimensional state of well-being that may include psychological, physical, emotional, social, economical, and even spiritual. Virtual workshops and work groups that allow high stressed populations to discuss, heal, and plan a more balanced future is how we are ushering in better wellness practices across America.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is the ability to consistently survive or thrive within a system and/or processes. This means that at the rate we are going now as consumers we are obtaining more and more things that are not surviving our need for them such as fish, wood, fossil fuels, food, and clean air. We have become less well over time and are generally more unhappy, mentally ill, stressed, and busier than ever. This results in a poor productivity in the lives of many that could otherwise be thriving! We want you to thrive. We want mother earth to thrive and are working diligently with partners to obtain this goal. Help us slow down global warming and feed more people sustainably with regenerative agriculture and living practices.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Attain the "YOU" Dream. That’s the American Dream that YOU desire. There is a way to make it happen with opportunity and a plan. We are committed to lowering crime through home ownership, viable employment and financial opportunities. Everyone that desires homeownership and stable community deserves to experience it. Through events and partnerships with other organizations that are passionate about community development, we provide access to the tools you need to make this happen. Establishing stable, safe and promising communities is what our Sustainable Home initiative strives to achieve. Read more here

Why should people care about
water conservation?
Because our resources depend on it and they're fading fast....
According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, as much as
50 percent of the water we use outdoors is lost due to wind, evaporation,
and runoff caused by inefficient irrigation methods and systems.
A household with an automatic landscape irrigation system that isn't properly
maintained and operated can waste up to 25,000 gallons of water annually.
